Who owns Schaal Heating and Cooling? Schaal Heating and Cooling in Des Moines has new owners. Employees Dennis Lane and Randy Keys bought the business from Roger Fouche. Fouche’s parents owned the business previously. Lane, 46, has worked at Schaal for nine years and Keys, 32, about a year and a half.
